JOB SUMMARY:

You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to AP/AR, Posting Payments, Invoicing and providing general accounting office support.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Handles Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable appropriately
• Posting of Payments and Deposits
• Inputs checks, charges, and receipts from various outer offices within the company
• Invoices clients appropriately based on negotiated rates
• Backup for other Accounting Generalist as needed

EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma required, Associates Degree preferred
• Proficient in Excel
• Must possess general knowledge of accounting practices
• Attention to detail and critical thinking a must
• Effective communication (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time
• Must be able to use fine manipulation to operate computer, telephone, and keyboard

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
