Required Duties of the Therapeutic Marijuana Driver:Be proficient with the seed to sale software system (Leaf Logix)
Safely transport medical marijuana products from the pharmacy to patients' residences or specified delivery locations within the assigned geographical area.
Verify patient identities and ensure that all deliveries are made to the correct individuals as per state and local regulations.
Maintain strict compliance with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the transportation and delivery of medical marijuana.
Communicate effectively with pharmacy staff and customers to confirm delivery details and manage any changes or special instructions.
Provide excellent customer service, answering any patient questions regarding their delivery in a manner compliant with confidentiality laws and company policies.
Required Skills of the Therapeutic Marijuana Driver:Must be able to complete background checks, clear of felonies.
Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record is required.
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to navigate efficiently and follow delivery instructions accurately.
Ability to maintain patient privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and other relevant privacy laws.
