Job Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Camp Counselors. As a Camp Counselor, you will play a vital role in creating a fun and safe environment for children to learn, grow, and have memorable experiences. This is a paid position.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and engage with children in various camp activities, including games, arts and crafts, sports, and theater
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers at all times
- Plan and lead age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and teamwork
- Assist in the implementation of daily schedules and routines
- Provide guidance and support to campers in resolving conflicts or challenges
- Maintain open communication with parents/guardians regarding the camper's progress and any concerns
- Follow all camp policies and procedures to ensure a positive camp experience for all participants

Experience:
- Previous experience working with children in settings such as sports coaching is preferred

Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Patience and adaptability in working with diverse groups of children
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive environment for campers
- Organizational skills to plan activities effectively

The rates plus compensation are for Camp Counselors. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about working with children in a fun-filled camp setting.
