The HR Business Partner ensures that Lever1's client onboarding is successful and the program's Lever1 offers exceed the clients needs and expectations. This position performs professional work of considerable difficulty overseeing a range of administrative functions related to human resource management, systems support, benefit administration, payroll, and customer service.
Essential Job Functions:
- Conduct client research meetings to identify needs and gaps in services.
- Conduct client touch base meetings based on clients needs.
- Provide appropriate follow up and correspondence through client transition process to both Client and internal teams.
- Assist with onsite client consultations as needed.
- Respond to client inquires on process and needs.
- Meet with clients and prospects to walk them through open enrollment options.
- Facilitate new client onboarding.
- Work with internal teams to ensure clients optimal new client onboarding success.
- Work directly with Clients to ensure their account is transitioned successfully.
- Proof and ensure client set up is done accurately within benefits and payroll.
- Attend departmental meetings as needed to better understand Lever1 systems.
- Attend client meetings onsite as requested and assigned.
- Assist and review for accuracy in building new client information within our HRIS system.
- Work on special projects for clients as needs arise.
- Work closely with Account Managers regarding client details.

Supervisory Responsibility:
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel:
Travel requires up to 50% local travel.
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field and four years of human resource experience; or any combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
Preferred Education and Experience:
SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred.
