We are currently seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our BerkOne team. If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for driving business growth through product innovation, we want to hear from you!

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our products throughout their lifecycle. You will be tasked with developing a comprehensive vision and strategy for our products, which will span from conceptualization to delivery, with a focus on maximizing revenue and customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include: 

  • Develop and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market needs and business goals.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with long-term business objectives.
  • Continually analyze market trends and data to make informed strategic decisions and identify opportunities.
  • Create and develop product playbooks for sales and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches.

LOCATION SCHEDULE

  • Remote Opportunity
    • However, you will meet with your team via MS Teams to stay connected and may also be required to periodically travel to BerkOne’s office in Bethlehem, PA as needed for training and meetings.
  • Full-time Position: Monday – Friday, Day Shift

Requirements

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. The Product Manager will meet challenges with resourcefulness, be conscientious, thorough, and open to learning all the services that BerkOne can offer.

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year College or equivalent knowledge of IT Software/Services Field, commercial, technical and/or industry practice and principles; and 
  • Minimum 6 - 8 years related experience and/or training; or
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven experience in product management, with a track record of successfully bringing products to market.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expert knowledge of project management software, such as SmartSheets, Trello, Jira, or comparable tools.
  • IT Software/Services industry experience is preferred, but not required.
