Baudry Therapy Center is Hiring a Collection specialist Near Metairie, LA
Job Description
Works with a team to insure accurate and timely billing and collections for an out patient Physical Therapy Practice. Insures accurate payment from individuals and third party payors including attorneys, health and workers compensation insurance companies.
Essential Experience
- Physical Therapy billing experience which includes a strong knowledge base of third party payer rules, regulations, and trends specific to therapy.
- AR Specialist with experience in the accounts receivable processes for PT billing.
- Excellent attention to detail and sense of urgency, working accounts in timely manner.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with other employees.
- Computer experience : Microsoft Office Applications, Internet etc.

- Positive, professional and team oriented personality and appearance.
- High level of detail and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate in a calm, orderly, non-threatening manner.
