Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Shipping and Receiving Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods in and out of our warehouse, ensuring accurate and timely shipments and deliveries.

Duties:
- Receive incoming shipments and verify the contents against purchase orders or invoices
- Inspect received goods for damages or defects
- Prepare and package outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and documentation
- Utilize warehouse management system (WMS) to track inventory levels and locations
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Operate RF scanner to scan barcodes and update inventory records
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any shipping or receiving issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:
- Previous experience in e-commerce, order fulfillment, or warehouse operations preferred
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes and procedures
- Proficiency in using RF scanners, AS400, or other inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and external partners
