We are looking for a career minded Human Resources professional that would like to expand their experience in the field. The ideal candidate for this position has at least 3 yearsof experience as an Human Resources Manager for a chef-driven restaurant group, has solid knowledge of ADP Workforce Now, is self-motivated, very well-organized and able to meet deadlines with accuracy in a fast paced environment.
Must have experience handling employee relations, worker's compensation claims, FMLA/CFRA/PDL/PFL and compliance reporting. Experience handling visa processes is desireable but not required.

Minimum Requirements:
Office 365 proficient
3 years' experience in a similar role
Experience using ADP workforce now or similar HRIS system
Excellent communication skills
