### Job Summary: We are seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our team. As an Assistant General Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations of our establishment. You will assist in managing various aspects of the business, including staff supervision, customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. ### Duties: - Assist the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the establishment - Provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns or inquiries - Supervise and train staff members to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company standards - Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels - Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability - Assist in creating employee schedules and ensuring proper staffing levels - Help monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the establishment - Support the General Manager in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to staff members ### Skills: - Strong knowledge of POS systems and ability to handle cash transactions accurately - Previous experience in hotel, coffee shop, or restaurant management is highly preferred - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team - Knowledge of kitchen management practices and food production processes - Exceptional hospitality skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) If you are a motivated individual with a passion for hospitality and have experience in restaurant management, we encourage you to apply for this Assistant General Manager position.
