Responsibilities

Mastery takes time, 10,000 hours to be exact, and many agents get into this business expecting it to be like Million Dollar Listing or Selling Sunset and they think that they will get to show luxury homes on day one. It’s not. If that’s why you’re considering getting into real estate, we aren’t the team for you.

We’re looking for hungry, driven leaders who are willing to commit 40 hours a week to building an uncapped real estate career. We want the people who want to make a difference in people’s lives. The people who care about helping the single mom buy a condo just as much as they care about the $2,000,000 listing.
