We have a role in Fort Collins, CO for a Assistant Operations Manager!

Compensation Package:

• $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Duties & Responsibilities of Role:

• Hiring and retaining top-notch crews
• Growing your online reputation on google and Facebook
• Planning, scheduling , dispatching , monitoring quality assurance throughout the move process
• Safety, compliance & DOT
• Supporting and motivating Salespeople
• Measuring team member alignment with the company's mission and vision through the attainment of their individual goals.
• Demonstrating thoughtfulness, a fun-loving attitude, and heroism towards our customers.
• Helping OM in operations to ensure revenue and profitability targets are met.
• Attend meeting about KPI's on a weekly basis with OM
• Help OM managing P & L and annual budgets
• Creating raving fans out of our clients

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in the moving or logistics industry.
• Ability to become DOT vehicle certified with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Willingness to participate in pre-employment background checks and drug screenings.
