We have a role in Carrollton, TX for a Moving Claims/Quality Specialist!
Job Responsibilities:
- Claims/Quality Specialist will be in charge of comparing claims to data.
- Claims/Quality Specialist will be in charge of updating shippers on the claim process.
- Claims/Quality Specialist perform Order Repairs if needed.
- Claims/Quality Specialist will keep up with inspections and registration of trucks.
- Claims/Quality Specialist will check trucks for any maintenance needed.
- Claims/Quality Specialist will perform quality control of phone calls.
- Claims/Quality Specialist will help improve Quality scores for headquarters.
Compensation: $24 - $26 per hour.
Requirements: Must have the following to be considered ...
- MUST be computer savvy. (good with spreadsheets)
- At least 2 yrs working in the moving and storage industry.
- At least 1 yr working as a Move Coordinator or Claims.
- Claims experience in the moving industry.
- MUST have great attitude, honest, detailed.
- MUST be able to multitask.
- Reliable transportation.
- Moving industry experience is preferred.
Benefits:
- 401k, Medical. (probational period), Dental and Vision, PTO after first year.
- Paid biweekly.
Schedule: Full time: Monday to Friday 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM.
