We have a role in Carrollton, TX for a Moving Claims/Quality Specialist!
Job Responsibilities:
Claims/Quality Specialist will be in charge of comparing claims to data.
Claims/Quality Specialist will be in charge of updating shippers on the claim process.
Claims/Quality Specialist perform Order Repairs if needed.
Claims/Quality Specialist will keep up with inspections and registration of trucks.
Claims/Quality Specialist will check trucks for any maintenance needed.
Claims/Quality Specialist will perform quality control of phone calls.
Claims/Quality Specialist will help improve Quality scores for headquarters.
Compensation: $24 - $26 per hour.
Requirements: Must have the following to be considered ...
MUST be computer savvy. (good with spreadsheets)
At least 2 yrs working in the moving and storage industry.
At least 1 yr working as a Move Coordinator or Claims.
Claims experience in the moving industry.
MUST have great attitude, honest, detailed.
MUST be able to multitask.
Reliable transportation.
Moving industry experience is preferred.
Benefits:

Paid biweekly.
Schedule: Full time: Monday to Friday 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM.
