Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Assistant to join our team at the Hampton Inn York PA. As a Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with the maintenance and repair of our facilities and equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to work independently.

This role could be part time or full time. It will require weekend hours. Scheduling can be flexible to accommodate your needs!

Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, repairing equipment, troubleshooting issues, and conducting preventive maintenance.
- Assist with the installation and setup of new equipment.
- Utilize Quore to track work orders, document repairs, and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with guest requests.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential maintenance issues and address them promptly.
- Respond to maintenance requests from various departments in a timely manner.

Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Solid mechanical knowledge and the ability to use hand tools effectively.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
