Here’s what you’d do:

The Data Management Analyst will be responsible for developing an expert knowledge level in the data relationship and migration process within Salesforce and other applications. This individual will be responsible for the creation, maintenance, auditing, and troubleshooting of client and service partner information in Salesforce and other enterprise applications. This individual will work within Salesforce and other applications daily and manage the Case Queue, generated from internal partners from Sales, National Accounts, and Operations. Following a documented workflow, the Data Management Analyst will maintain the data integrity of Salesforce and other applications, ensuring accuracy of our Contract and Work Order Management process, and enabling our ability to deliver best in class value to our clients.

You’d be responsible for:

• Develop expert knowledge of the data migration process within Salesforce and other applications.
• Develop expert understanding of the contract and work order processes necessary to support BES business.
• Expert knowledge of Salesforce data model and data relationships
• Troubleshoot undesirable data outcomes and determine root cause
• Train, coach, and provide feedback to cross-functional team members on proper workflow and information needed to maintain data integrity.
• Audit data to identify data discrepancies and inaccuracies and determine correct strategy to resolve
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities within the data migration process
• Collaborate with business analyst and technical developers to identify data challenges and best practices
• Performing data entry tasks into Salesforce utilizing the Salesforce Data Loader and designated Excel templates.
• Performing data entry tasks into other enterprise applications using various data import processes and tools.
• Performing daily administration based on assigned cases, such as client, property, and service partner account creation/maintenance, opportunity management, contract creation/management, etc.
• Maintaining data health and integrity by following standardized processes, formatting conventions, and keeping client, service partner, and employee data accurate
• Monitoring and using internal communication tools, such as Salesforce Chatter, to correspond with internal partners to request necessary information and collaborate on data challenges.

You might be a good fit if you have:

• Associates Degree, or 1 years of enterprise data management experience
• Expert level proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• High level of attention to detail, and a concern with accuracy and quality
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to think systematically and problem solve
• Exceptional time management skills
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
