**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join our plaintiffs personal injury legal team. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys in all stages of litigation, from case inception to trial preparation. This is a litigation role, so while some pre-litigation cases will be assigned, the candidate will primarily manage accident cases in court. An eye for detail and stress management are key. We have a great environment and our team enjoys coming to work.

**Duties:**

- Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles

- Assist with case preparation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests

- Interview clients and witnesses to gather case information

- Manage and organize case files and documents

- Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and court personnel

- Review and summarize depositions, transcripts, and other legal documents

- Maintain communication with clients regarding case status updates

**Experience:**

- Proven experience as a Litigation Paralegal or similar role. Personal injury experience, either plaintiffs or defense, is needed for this role.

- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures

- Proficiency in legal administrative tasks such as document review and filing

- Strong research and writing skills

- Familiarity with document management systems

Education: Paralegal certificate or bachelors preferred.
