We are looking for a Supervisor - Orders to join our team. In this role, you will partner with members of our Order Operations team to ensure our sales are processed completely and without error. This includes the review and processing of sales orders, and verifying that all required information is complete and accurate. 
The ideal candidate for this role is an effective collaborator who possesses strong customer support and accounting experience. They will have exceptional reasoning and problem-solving skills. Taking initiative and the ability to anticipate problems before they happen are essential for success. 
This role is full-time, exempt, and remote. It will report to the Manager of Order Operations. 
Responsibilities
Collaboration with Sales
  • Review and book orders globally. 
  • Review incoming purchase orders for accuracy and completeness.
  • Verify product details, calculate unit price, and apply appropriate discounts.
  • Communicate with sales representatives regarding issues with quantity or price.
Customer Support
  • Manage customer inquiries for sales orders via email and phone.
  • Provision customer licenses and research provisioning when requested by the customer.
  • Verify and enter customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data; verify auto-entry is correct in the customer relationship manager (CRM).
Team Operations
  • Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives to ensure maximum efficiency in the order entry process. 
  • Assist with administration duties as needed.
 
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or other related field and at least 2-3 years of accounting and/or operations experience. Can substitute a combination of relevant education and experience. Experience at a Software as a Service (SaaS) or technology company preferred. 
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce and Zoura.
  • Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills and knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a track record of successful collaboration.
  • Demonstrated drive and personal initiative.
  • Detailed-oriented and able to think analytically.
  • Proven ability to follow established processes and directions.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team with minimal supervision. 
Salary
  • $40,000 - $55,000 annually, depending on qualifications
  • This role is eligible for an annual performance bonus.
