Here at Mason Aces our mission is to Ace the care we provide to our families. With that being said it is important to us that our nannies understand all that is expected of them, and the quality of care that we intend to provide. All nannies must undergo a background check as well as be CPR and first aid certified. The families we work with will also be background checked. This is to ensure the safety of our nannies as well as the safety of our families. We are looking for nannies who love children and love working in partnership with families. Working with children and families is not for the weak or the faint of heart, but it is a rewarding and fulfilling experience. We are looking for people who are flexible, adaptable, and creative.
