About Us:
Calibrate IV Hydration is expanding to Miami! We are a leading provider of IV hydration, vitamin booster shots, medical weight loss, and regenerative treatments like stem cells and exosomes. Our mission is to promote health and wellness through our innovative and comprehensive services.

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for self-starters who can educate and sell our expanded range of services to both businesses and individuals in the Miami area.

Responsibilities:

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, and in-person visits
  • Present Calibrate IV Hydration and its services to potential clients
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate services, including IV hydration, vitamin boosters, weight loss programs, and regenerative treatments
  • Customize service solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Build long-term, trusting relationships with clients
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Stay up-to-date with new services, pricing, and specials
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging promotional materials
  • Participate in community events and networking opportunities to build brand awareness

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls and in-person presentations
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Familiarity with Adobe and Microsoft Office (analyzing and creating spreadsheets and charts)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • Knowledge of health and wellness industry is a plus
