Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for self-starters who can educate and sell our expanded range of services to both businesses and individuals in the Miami area.
Responsibilities:
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns
- Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, and in-person visits
- Present Calibrate IV Hydration and its services to potential clients
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate services, including IV hydration, vitamin boosters, weight loss programs, and regenerative treatments
- Customize service solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
- Build long-term, trusting relationships with clients
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Stay up-to-date with new services, pricing, and specials
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging promotional materials
- Participate in community events and networking opportunities to build brand awareness
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls and in-person presentations
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Familiarity with Adobe and Microsoft Office (analyzing and creating spreadsheets and charts)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
- Knowledge of health and wellness industry is a plus
