Position available for a diverse and knowledgeable candidate to oversee light commercial construction projects and real estate development. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our operations by coordinating projects, assisting executives, and ensuring smooth communication within the organization. Most projects are design/build. The position will require the candidate to be involved in the design phase to assist with constructability reviews and value engineering as well as ensure construction goals are met. Candidate will also be required to assist with estimating and the vetting and selection of subcontractors and vendors. Candidate must possess a “can do” attitude and able be to multitask with an upbeat personality and a good work ethic. Must have excellent verbal and written skills.

Experience in commercial real estate is a plus but not required.

Degree in Construction and/or Real Estate preferred or relative experience.

Salary based on qualifications and experience.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
