- Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour PLUS TIPS
- Schedule: Part-time, on-call; Must be able to work events on nights and weekends
- Reports to: Event Operations Manager

- Main priorities: Logistical support, Vendor communication, Guest services, Promotion assistance, Administrative tasks, Coordination support and Feedback collection
- Help with setup, including arranging tables, chairs, decorations, and other equipment
- Assist with guest registration, check-in, and inquiries during the event. Provide a friendly and professional point of contact for attendees
- Attend and participate in workshops, training sessions, and other meetings
- Assist in coordinating event schedules, ensuring speakers, performers, and activities are properly timed and executed
- Additional responsibilities as needed
- Education: High School diploma or GED
- Experience: Experience organizing and executing events preferred, but not required
- Competencies: Customer-service-oriented mindset; Proficient in using basic software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite)
- Physical/Other Requirements: Physical stamina, able to stand for extended periods of time and regularly move equipment and furniture (up to 50 lbs) as needed
