Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Maintenance to oversee the maintenance operations of our organization. The Director of Maintenance will be responsible for managing a team of maintenance technicians and ensuring the efficient operation and upkeep of our facilities.

Duties:
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols to ensure the proper functioning of all equipment and systems
- Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and conducting performance evaluations
- Manage preventative maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and extend the lifespan of assets
- Oversee the repair and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Collaborate with other departments to prioritize maintenance needs and ensure minimal disruption to daily operations
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment inventory, and maintenance schedules
- Monitor budgetary constraints and make recommendations for cost-effective solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in maintenance technology

Experience:
- Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of high voltage and low voltage systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
