T he Kitchen Manager will oversee the daily operations of our
establishment's kitchen staff. As the kitchen manager, you oversee food
preparation, ordering supplies, scheduling shifts, and monitoring inventory
levels.
Creates weekly cook and dough schedules to accommodate business
flow needs, individual staff schedules, and labor targets
trainer meetings as needed.
