Key Responsibilities:

• Client Support: Assist with client campaigns and fulfill client needs, ensuring their satisfaction and building strong relationships to drive long-term success.
• Sales Generation: Actively promote products or services to customers, leveraging your knowledge and enthusiasm to drive sales and meet sales targets.
• Brand Awareness: Increase brand awareness through effective marketing strategies, engaging with customers to showcase the value and benefits of our client's offerings.
• Customer Engagement: Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their inquiries, providing product information, and offering solutions to meet their needs.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate positive relationships with customers and clients, fostering trust and loyalty through exceptional service and support.
• Sales Reporting: Track sales data and performance metrics, providing regular updates to management and identifying opportunities for improvement or optimization.

Day-to-Day Tasks:

• Assist with client campaigns, including setting up promotional displays, distributing marketing materials, and engaging with customers to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Proactively approach customers in-store or at promotional events, initiating conversations and demonstrating products or services to generate interest and encourage sales.
• Collaborate with team members and management to develop and implement effective sales strategies, sharing insights and best practices to optimize performance.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings, continuously expanding your expertise to better serve customers and drive sales.
