The team is developing advanced bioprocess modeling, simulation, optimization, and real-time control technologies for global scaling. With a mission to 100x the industry’s capacity by 2035, they are dedicated to transforming biomanufacturing by developing bioreactors purpose-built to scale the production of Cultivated Meat.
The Role
We are seeking an entrepreneurial Founding Product Manager to drive a technical platform from MVP to market leadership. This is a unique opportunity to set a product direction that will have a lasting impact on the world. Your leadership will be pivotal in shaping the future of biomanufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Market and Customer Insight : Immerse yourself in the market, understanding customer needs through data analysis and user interviews. Develop deep empathy for end-users, becoming our SME on product use cases and requirements.
- Strategic Vision and Roadmapping : Craft a clear, achievable vision, strategy, and roadmap for product features. Guide development direction through strategic questions and product decision trade-offs.
- Feature Development and Deployment : Lead the rapid testing and development of significant features in a fast-paced environment. Focus on swift, comprehensive feature rollouts across the product lifecycle.
- Ongoing Enhancement : Conduct regular QA to identify and fix bugs. Manage the product feature backlog and prioritize initiatives based on business needs and user insights.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of Product Management experience with a focus on software products within the biotech/biopharmaceutical industries.
- Comprehensive experience across the Full Product Lifecycle , from inception to maturity.
- Exceptional skills in data analysis.
- Strong technical foundation and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Determination to uncover optimal solutions and build the finest product.
- Profound customer-centric approach, quickly seeking answers to unknowns.
- Thrive in a dynamic, high-energy startup environment.
- Highly independent, proactive, and self-directed approach to work.
