The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage employee records and maintain accurate HR databases
- Coordinate employee benefits programs, including enrollment and administration
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Conduct employee evaluations and performance management processes
- Provide guidance to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
- Assist with affirmative action planning and reporting requirements
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) for efficient recruitment processes
- Support social media management efforts for HR-related content
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as or similar platforms
- Familiarity with affirmative action planning and reporting requirements
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Administrative skills such as record keeping and data entry
Work with a team of physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, caregivers, hospice teammates, home health teammates and more!

Pay: Up to $27.00 per hour
