Remote – (USA, Eastern Time Zone)

 

We are seeking a talented Senior Director, Leadership, to join our Leadership and DEI, Advisory division at GP Strategies. The Senior Director is responsible for leading an internal function in charge of learning consulting, solution design, and execution across regions (primarily but not limited to the USA and UK), as established in conjunction with the client or business unit. This includes ensuring that services follow our internal standards and meet or exceed GP Strategies clients' expectations. 

The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a passion for designing engaging and effective learning solutions across a variety of learning platforms and modalities, including eLearning, instructor-led, group/social platforms, applied learning, coaching/mentoring, video/podcast, and document-based learning experiences, that focus on maximizing employee performance.

 

They will have proven success applying adult learning best practices and intense curiosity for emerging learning techniques and technologies, including AI and gamification. The candidate must thrive in dynamic, collaborative, and agile team environments and have strategies for soliciting quality content and feedback with subject matter experts within iterative and formal (ADDIE) development cycles.

 

The candidate will serve as Practice Lead, Leadership and represent GP Strategies as speaker in various events, such as marketing webinars, customer conferences, or client sessions. They will also conduct annual research on the practice in collaboration with GP Marketing.

 

Education and Experience Requirements:

Education/Training:

Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Adult Learning, Psychology, Human Resources, Change Management, or related field with 5-10 years of client management and leadership experience.

Advanced Training Certificate or Master's degree preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Advanced expertise with relevant coursework in designing, developing, and implementing:

-Instructor-led (virtual and in-person) and developing cohort-based solutions and platforms like Intrepid, Degreed, NovoEd, or Edcast.

-Leadership courses/programs that span multiple levels of leadership, from emerging and first-time leaders to senior leaders and executives.

 

Requirements:

 

Ability to travel occasionally to clients or attend conferences as requested by Senior Leadership.
