Homewood Suites by Hilton Fayetteville is now hiring a Food and Beverage Supervisor. The attendant must be able to work early mornings for breakfast. There is also one evening shift on Wednesday for an evening reception for the guests. See varying times below:
*Hours Vary: Weekdays 4:30am-11am; Wednesday 4pm-8pm; Weekends 5:30am-12pm*
A Food and Beverage Supervisor with Homewood Suites by Hilton is responsible for supervising F&B team, following proper ServSafe Protocol and Brand Standards, cooking and replenishing food and service ware, inventory of kitchen supplies, clearing tables, and conversing with our guests for our complimentary breakfast/evening buffet.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department
- Assist in managing and coordinating catering events, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction
- Supervise food production activities, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
- Collaborate with the hotel management team to develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs
- Train and supervise staff members, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an assistant manager or supervisor in the food and beverage industry
- Strong knowledge of catering operations, food production, and banquet services
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of bartending techniques and coffee preparation is a plus
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service
- Proficient in computer systems and software used in the industry
