The Veterinary Receptionist plays a vital part in the clients and patient experience. They are the first and last contact a client will have with the hospital and are key to creating an enjoyable impression. The ideal veterinary receptionist candidate must have exceptional client service and communication skills, attention to detail, a friendly attitude, ability to handle stressful situations with a friendly attitude.
We are a beautiful animal hospital located in the Inspirada/Anthem community in Henderson.
We offer competitive compensation for our veterinary receptionist along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and paid vacation along with a scrub allowance for all full time employees.
We are looking for full time veterinary receptionists to work that has a flexible schedule with weekends. We are open holidays as well.
Qualifications for veterinary receptionist :
· Strong communication and customer service skills
· Self motivated
· Detail orientated
· Positive attitude
· Ability to work well with a variety of personalities
· Ability to “smile” through your eyes and mask
· Ability to multi task and handle yourself professionally in a fast paced work environment
· Work well under pressure while completing tasks with a sense of urgency
· Cornerstone experience a big plus
· Punctual and dependable
· Friendly and honest
· Reliable transportation
· Ability to stand, walk, kneel, crouch and climb along with lift, carry, and move up to 50lbs
· Endure standing and walking on hard surfaces for extended periods of time
· Morning, Evenings, weekends, and holidays a must. Full time, 40 hours a week, 8 hour shifts
