Your Mission :

Requirements

• Must have current Driver's License and / or reliable transportation
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Proven experience in maintenance / construction
• The ability to work independently and with a team
• Conscientious with great attention to detail
• Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems
• Basic math skills - read a tape measure accurately
• Communicate clearly with poise, voice control and confidence using correct English and a well-modulated voice.
• Good listening skills and the ability to effectively communicate with people.
• Must be able to lift 60 pounds
