- Direct Sales to homeowners and small businesses for residential hydroelectric energy
- Partner with the executive team to build out a sales process and structure for a new business sector
- Develop the sales strategy company wide as well as help grow the division
- Full access to all sales products for our client. Upsell residential and small business customers EV Chargers, Batteries
- Problem-solving orientation, highly persuasive, self-disciplined, and honest
- Incredible level of reliability and independence
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of products and financing
- Achieve sales and margin goals
- Represent our client’s brand with the utmost integrity
- Must be self-driven, highly motivated with high energy, professional attitude
- This successful candidate must have excellent people skills and be able to demonstrate the value of meeting with one of our sales representatives
- Mission-driven individuals with a greater good perspective
- Effective organization and time management skill
- Ability to work under stress to meet deadlines and quotas
- Ability to prioritize and multitask appropriately
- Articulate with excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must have a clean pre-employment background check
- Competitive Uncapped Compensation Tied with milestones. 3K per home. Plus bonus’s
