First Team Toyota, located in the Western Branch Chesapeake area, is looking for a self-motivated, energetic, and well-spoken Service Advisor. Our Service Advisors are the center of communication for all service and repair activities within the Service Department. Being the primary point of contact from start to finish for all automotive service and repair matters, the Service Advisor must listen to and thoroughly understand every customer's concerns and arrange for appropriate service/repairs. Relaying all necessary information to the customer from the technician clearly and effectively for all repairs needed and recommended. An effective Service Advisor produces additional revenue for the Dealership by selling finance and insurance products, programs, and other appropriate after-sale items to New and Pre-Owned Customers.

Responsibilities

* Greet Customers in the Service Department, obtain customer and vehicle information, providing an exceptional Customer Service experience using the latest in technology to check in the Customer's vehicle efficiently and effectively to the Service Department.

* Manage and schedule service appointments for customers.

* Accurately explain services, repairs, and maintenance to customers in terms they will understand.

* Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customers.

* Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person to assure the customer does not get mishandled.

* Ensure customer vehicles are serviced and repaired in a timely fashion, resolving customer concerns in a professional and timely manner. Follow up with customers on the status of their vehicle throughout the service appointment process.

* Offer additional services and repairs, providing solutions for each and every customer, including r

* Provide solutions for each and every customer, including offering additional services, repair options, and alternative transportation.

* Coordinates all service/repair work with Team Leader to achieve completion times, monitors system to ensure Technicians can meet all promise times.

* Offers a Multi-Point Inspection for every Customer.

* Follows the Service Road-to-a-Sales.

* Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.

* Participate in required training.

* Comply with Company policies and procedures.
