enthusiastic Inside Sales Specialist/Move Consultant to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position based

headquarters in Avon Lake, OH. Our regular office hours are 8am-5pm, Monday through

Friay.
The Inside Sales Specialist/Move Consultant is first and foremost responsible for ensuring potential custome

customer call, text or email with a smile, making a fantastic first impre

The Inside Sales Specialist/Move Consultant will be handling warm leads (no cold-calling) to estimate, s

e

ll, and ook jobs
over the phone and coordinate the scheduling of onsite or virtual estimates for other sales tea

m members s needed.
The Inside Sales Specialist/Move Consultant will be trained on the SmartMoving (CRM) systemand RingCetral phone
system and will utilize them in conjunction with the positive attitude, sales, and customer serv

ice skills tey bring to
make it as easy as possible for our customers to get an estimate for their move. Working asa team to mantain a high
booking percentage, outstanding customer service ratings, and helping out with varying tasks

in a correct, ost-effective,
and time-appropriate manner is critical. This position reports to the Sales Manager an

- Respond to all leads, calls, emails, and texts promptly, ensur
