Job Summary :

We are currently seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team at Reliable Chevrolet in Springfield, Missouri.

As an Automotive Technician for Infiniti of Springfield, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, diagnosis, and repair on a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and SUVs.

This is a full-time, individual contributor role that offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Compensation & Benefits :

This position offers a highly competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $120,000 per year, paid weekly.

In addition to the salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as 401k and paid time off.

Responsibilities :

• Perform routine maintenance on vehicles, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
• Diagnose and repair complex automotive issues, including engine, transmission, and electrical systems
• Utilize diagnostic equipment to accurately identify and troubleshoot problems
• Complete all repairs efficiently and accurately, following dealership and manufacturer guidelines
• Communicate effectively with customers and provide excellent customer service
• Keep detailed records of all repairs and maintenance performed
• Stay up-to-date on the latest automotive technology and techniques through training and continuing education
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements :

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Automotive Technician
• ASE certifications preferred but not required
• Proficiency in diagnostic equipment and tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
