Duties include:
• Offer assistance or direction to customers
• Assist customers in making a purchase decision by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses / needs
• Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help enhance the sales process
• Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers
• Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
• Other duties as assigned Job Requirements:
• Enthusiastic, positive and high energy throughout the workday
• Friendly yet competitive personality, especially when handling objections & negotiating pricing with customers
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong communication skills - phone calls, texts, emails, videos
• Team player
• Prior sales experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be able to successfully pass background checks and drug screen.
