• Correspond with guests on 3rd party platforms
• Know how to use 3rd party platforms for booking calendar
• Order office supplies
• Maintaining the office
• Make candy bags/boxes and other small craft projects
• Canva designs and basic graphic work
• Correspond with inquiries and aid with sales
• Coordinate with tour guides and restaurants via text/email
• Perform other clerical tasks requested
