Phoenixville area restaurant is seeking Chefs who possess strong culinary and managerial skills within a multi facet restaurant operation. Assist the Executive Chef in leading line, supervising food production for Ala Carte service. Assist the Executive Chef with administration duties, ordering and quality control. Must be creative, detail-oriented and have a strong passion for culinary arts. Must have strong leadership, communication and organizational skills, a culinary degree preferred.

Job Description:

*Strong kitchen and leadership skills with a proven ability to coach staff

*Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work load in a deadline-driven, demanding

environment

*Must be organized, self-motivate, proactive, with a strong attention to detail

*Train and manage kitchen personnel

* Supervise/Coordinate all related culinary activities

* Directly supervises kitchen personnel

* Provide consistent/top quality prepared dishes

* Demonstrate knowledge of the culinary cooking arts (flavor combinations, preparation

methods)

* Be creative and work with management to contribute to the menu/daily features with your own creations

* Executes with precision and speed

* Familiar with several service positions on the line (sauté, broiler, grill manger, banquet

events etc...)

* Shift Start-Up preparations & Wrap-up procedures

* Contribute toward the productive, fun and organized environment that has been crafted

* Culinary degree preferred
