This is a part-time assistant position. Duties include, but are not limited to, logging in dental cases received daily, tracking case progress, answering phone calls, billing out cases and packaging for delivery, scanning, and attaching scanned documents to computer records.

• Be able to multi-task efficiently and be self-motivated in task completion
• Highly Organized individual preferred.
• Attention to detail is a must.

• Microsoft office applications.
• Basic QuickBooks software knowledge is a plus but not required.
