We are a locally owned and operated supplier of closet systems, mirrors, hardware, glass enclosures and railings that we fabricate and install in homes all over West Michigan. We partner with homeowners on remodel projects as well as work directly with home builders on new construction developments.

Role – Scheduler & Administration, Customer Care Team (FULL TIME)

Studio G is looking for a Scheduler, as it relates to scheduling for measure and installation of glass products and closet systems at residential and commercial customer locations across West Michigan. 

Ideal candidates should be detail oriented, take pride in a job well done, be open to learning, have a positive attitude and be comfortable coordinating with multiple departments and customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Communication & Scheduling

Customer Communication

• • Over Communicate! This may include any potential issues, backordered or special items, the way something is installed or will be installed, foreseeable problems with the install, fabrication etc.
  • Provide timely responses or clarification to customer (builder & retail) on measure and installation dates
  • Communicate with customers on if a job site is ready for us to arrive

Trouble Shooting/Resolve Issues/Problem Solving

• • Brainstorm solutions to problems for customers and installers
  • Determine appropriate options or solutions and articulate to customer/builder.

Communication With Installers

• • Follow up/Verify if there are any questions or discrepancies or punch resolve needed.
  • Prepare installers for days work with communication on where work will be located and if there are any extra items that need to be prepared before hand

Minutia Matters

• Provide accurate details of what is being done at each stop on each schedule
• Schedule in the most proficient route without compromising our customers' schedules
• Knowledge of job specifications of each product 
• Knowledge of each installer's skill set

Multi-tasking/Troubleshooting

• If items are not ready or do not arrive on time, schedule will need to be flexible and change
• Look at multiple crews and schedule to each team's ability
• Answering phone calls and emails at various times throughout the day
• Follow up and verify with both internal staff members and customers if there are any questions or discrepencies
