We are seeking a Home Care Coordinator/Scheduler to bring experience and value to our team!

**Summary** :

The Home Care Coordinator/Scheduler must be energetic, kind, organized and professional while working with our clients and staff for admissions, ongoing scheduling, customer service and satisfaction.

**Schedule** :

M-F business shift. Call requirement as needed.

**Education** :

* High school diploma or equivalent

**Licenses/Certification:**

* Current BLS certification or willingness to obtain

* Licensed drive with an insured automobile in good working order

**Experience:**

* 2 years Scheduling/Office experience in a healthcare setting **required**

**Responsibilities:**

* Create, manage and maintain staff and client schedules

* Discern client services required as outlined in agreements, urgent requests, and care plans

* Contacts care providers and clients regarding day-to-day changes
