RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers to address insurance needs.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
