Admissions Coordinator Job Description
Our Admissions Coordinators assists new nursing and long term care facilities with completing the new facility admission process. This includes obtaining facility paperwork, completing patient referral forms, and obtaining consents from patients and/or family members.
This position is primarily based in Northern Alabama. Travel is required and may be extensive at times.
