At AFM we strive to provide a customer thrill experience. We want our clients to truly feel that AFM is a key advisor, an extension of their processes, that performs stellar, value-added services with integrity and in a credible and authentic manner. We put procedures in place to revolve around our customers. At the onset of our relationship with a new client, we do not fit the new client into a current model or standardized process. Rather, after we learn the client's requirements, desired and goals, we create a customized collection program and incentivize our employees accordingly.
