We are seeking an individual with exceptional customer service and organizational skills to join our administrative team at our clinic in Whidbey Island and Anacortes. The Administrative Assistant & Coordinator is responsible for providing project and clerical support for multiple departments, programs and/or locations and also functions as the Administrative Assistant. 

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year's experience working in a medical office setting.
• Experience with Microsoft Office software suite.

Location and Hours

This position will be split between our clinics in Whidbey Island and Anacortes. This is an hourly full-time (40 hours/week) position that is Monday - Friday.

*Orientation will be held at our clinic in Everett and will require traveling to one of our other clinics for training for 4-6 weeks. 

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly pay range for this position is $17.85 - $29.87 per hour. Wage offers are determined based on multiple factors including previous experience in the same or similar role.
