Puget Sound Kidney Centers (PSKC) is growing! Be a part of the team launching our newest clinic in Shoreline! Located in the Richmond Beach neighborhood, this beautiful, brand-new out-patient clinic features an open floor plan with lots of natural light and foliage. It will contain a state of the art RO system, brand new B Braun dialysis machines, and 22 treatment stations, along with an integrated Home Therapies unit.

We are seeking Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team of medical professionals to oversee the delivery of dialysis and the care of patients at PSKC. The RN is responsible for providing education to patients, supervising Dialysis Technicians, adjusting treatment plans per standing orders, monitoring the patient’s outcomes, administer medications, participating in quality improvement projects, and collaborating with other members of the patient’s care team (social worker, dietitians, and nephrologist).

Education and Experience

• Degree from an accredited school of nursing.
• Must have a current Registered Nurse license from the WA State Board of Nursing or Compact RN license.
• Current certification of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) with a Basic Life Support (BLS) with American Heart Association.
• Previous Hemodialysis or Peritoneal dialysis experience preferred.
• Prior experience in Acute or Ambulatory Nursing preferred.

Location/Hours: Initial Dialysis RN training will take place in Everett or Mountlake Terrace. Primary work location will be at PSKCs clinic in Richmond Beach. A secondary work location will be assigned for backup coverage based on patient and staffing needs. Applicants need to be able to work any 3 or 4 days per week (Monday through Saturday) for a 10 to 13 hour shift. Opening shifts start as early as 4:00 AM and closing shifts end as late as11:00 PM.

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly pay range for this position is $33.64 - $56.30 per hour. Wage offers are determined based on multiple factors including previous experience in the same or similar role
