NAZTEC Int. Group is Hiring an Office Manager Near Hialeah, FL

The Office Manager is responsible for all Administrative and Customer facing services and certain Accounting functions. General Administrative responsibilities include: organizing office operations and procedures, general correspondence, designing and maintaining filing systems, ordering and tracking raw materials, and clerical functions. Specific accounting functions include closing job orders, invoicing customers, ensuring timely collection of receivables and generating reports on which Senior Management may rely.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Organizes office operations and procedures, controls correspondence, maintains filing systems, accurately tracks raw material inventory, and ensures timely and accurate communication internally as well as with customers, suppliers and others.
  • Ensures all customer inquiries are answered promptly, accurately and professionally.
  • Plans and implements office systems, and drives and audits process adherence
  • Keeps management informed by producing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends and making suggestions for continuous improvement
  • Provides clerical and administrative support to management as requested  Utilizes appropriate and recognized systems to account for financial transactions; adhering to accounting policies and procedures
  • Maintains accounts by verifying and posting transactions - balances accounts by verifying entries
  • Maintains historical records by filing documents  Issues invoices to customers, including sales tax to be remitted to government  Ensures prompt collection of receivables
  • Coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, and participating in performance reviews.

JOB TYPE AND BENEFITS:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Professional and appropriate handling of confidential information
  • 5 years experience in office management role

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively and meet commitments and deadlines
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Frequently required to stand and walk, bend, stoop, work near moving mechanical parts
  • Frequently required to sit, utilizes hands and finger dexterity
  • Continually required to talk or hear

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
