The Office Manager is responsible for all Administrative and Customer facing services and certain Accounting functions. General Administrative responsibilities include: organizing office operations and procedures, general correspondence, designing and maintaining filing systems, ordering and tracking raw materials, and clerical functions. Specific accounting functions include closing job orders, invoicing customers, ensuring timely collection of receivables and generating reports on which Senior Management may rely.
