Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive personal
assistant to support the management team at our busy
distribution center & retail locations. The ideal candidate will
possess exceptional communication skills, strong attention to
detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role
is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the distribution
center by providing administrative support and facilitating effective
communication.
Key Responsibilities:
administrative assistance to the management team, including
scheduling, managing calendars, and coordinating travel
arrangements.
between the upper management and staff members, ensuring
timely and accurate communication.

meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and
following up on action items.

Qualifications:
associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
administrative assistant, personal assistant, or similar role.
Experience in a distribution or logistics environment is a plus.

◦ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Outlook).
◦ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
◦ High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
◦ Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-
paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.29 - $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
