Overview:

We are Looking for a Rock Star ***** Automotive Service Manager/Manager

Pay plan $1000 Per Week plus to $1084 per week on commission ( percentage of Gross Profit) , 5 day work week with, paid holidays and vacation.

We are family owned Automotive service and repair facility, that offers its customers a great experience. We are looking for someone who understands that Auto Repair is not just about repairing cars but also building relationships. Should be able to execute processes, meet set goals and ensure the smooth operation of the business.

The Ideal Candidate should have

1: Worked at an independent auto repair shop

2: Understand the Auto repair shop Metrics i.e ELR, GP/Hr, Shop hours etc.

3: Should be able to consistently meet a monthly Average Repair order of $550

4: Should have a team success spirit

5: be able to meet set goals

Pay: Guaranteed Pay $1000 Per Week plus Percentage of Gross Profit

Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them with their automotive service needs
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and accurately diagnose issues
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended repairs and services to customers
- Prepare accurate estimates for repairs and obtain customer approval
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Maintain open lines of communication with customers throughout the service process
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of payments
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing service appointments
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote additional services and products

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, repair, and maintenance procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Proficient in cash handling and point-of-sale systems
- Knowledge of automotive sales techniques is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical customers
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with air brake systems, diesel engine repair, suspension, and auto body repair is preferred but not required
