Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily customer relations with options from technicians, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient workflow.
Duties:
- Lead a team of service technicians and advisors
- Coordinate with customers on technicians' options
- Handle customer inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Experience:
- Proven experience in customer relations and/or sales
- Proficiency in selling services and products to customers when needed for customers benefit
- Experience in promoting teamwork
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Some plumbing knowledge is beneficial
- Computer skills/ online workorder programs
