Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues.

Duties:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment

- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues or areas in need of repair

- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and tenants

- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems

- Fabricate or modify parts as needed to maintain equipment

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of facilities

Experience:

- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role

- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including the ability to read schematics and work with logic controllers

- Mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently

- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with staff, tenants, and contractors

- Ability to supervise and coordinate maintenance projects
