We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling our products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

```Responsibilities:```
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain an organized and clean sales floor
- Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed
- Assist in visual merchandising and product displays
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

```Requirements:```
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bilingual skills (if applicable) are a plus
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, such as record keeping and inventory management, is desirable
- Knowledge of wireless sales is an advantage

Pay: $18.67 - $22.48 per hour
